I buought a pair of lamb racks at Sams last weekend. That is16 little ribeyes on the rib bones for 27 dollars. Probably 16 to 18 a pound. Same thing was 23 6 months ago.

I think the price for chops at Costco was $6.99/lb.
I love em, wife strongly dislikes em.
