For all I know Paul and Pilate may have repented and received salvation. I wonder if Judas may have been forgiven. Remorse never was a reason for God to save from the literal hell Jesus described. Jesus is Salvation....the Only way. There's lots of remorse in hell. If remorse doesn't lead one to the Savior in faith, a thousand tears won't pay for sins.
