My LGS just got a shipment of ammo. 270 is $31.00. 7x57 is $80+. I was astounded.

7x57 can usually be found online at normal rates. Other than WM, which is back to normal on 30-30 and 308, I've all but given up on factory ammo from gun stores.

My local wmt has Winchester 270win for $25.00 a box. Haven’t ever seen 7x57 there. Local sporting goods store has 7x57 for $55.00.

$60 here for 7x57 Federal blue box 140gr. A couple bucks more for 175gr. It’s been sitting there for a while now.

Sellier and Bellot, PPU and Prvi are all listed in ammoseek.com for $25-30 per box. I've run into no more than a couple boxes at a time of 7x57 and 6.5x55 in small-town central Mississippi.
