The lion spits out the finger and about 12" of tendon which lands a few inches to the right of the pole at about 1:50. The subtitles hide things a little, but very clear in other non-sub'd videos.

I've heard of chicken fingers, you can get them at McDonalds. "Jamaican Finger" though are fresh served from the Jamaican.
