There's a lot about that meme that isn't true.
It damn sure wasn't a $70k pickup. It was a 15 year old beater F150.
He had a part time job at Wendy's.
He had a shell vest on, but no body plate, so no body armor.

I hate being lied to. I wonder what kind of work ethic someone has to think that buying a decent AR when 18 is some kind of fiscal impossibility? Wendys pays $15 an hour. The truck belonged to his grandmother. Nothing gets past you. It was reported he bought two Daniel Defense ARs.

Curious if someone can tell me why Burns using the tragedy in uvalde to self aggrandize and pimp himself through associations with others is funny or admirable?
Personally I find it despicable. But par for the course, though I’d saddens me to admit it. Before I knew better I thought him better than that. You’re stating that John is building himself up somehow by posting this? More like it John is proud of his friends for training this man who had enough sack to do what the sackless on-duty officers wouldn’t. I am the Sergeant of a three-man Rapid Tactical Force at one of America’s largest indoor retail shopping areas. Well excuse us mr burns..

The ATF was at the FFL dealer for over 4 hours perusing everything related to the purchases and declared the dealer had followed the letter of the law in everything.

I am not a ninja, merely a student of the art of Ninjitsu, and I prefer not to have status such as “Ninja” laid upon me, for as yet I am unworthy of the title. I will be completing my ninjitsu training in a little over 8 months, and then I will be a Master of Ninjitsu, a true “Ninja”. But it is not my martial arts skills that make me so vital to the security of this country, it is my tactical and strategic skills honed by years of intens on-site on the job training. My weapons skills are the envy of the squad, and I think that with my expertise I ought to be able to choose an effective and reliable weapon for CQC and urban combat, which is why I chose SW, the MP5’s are junk comparatively. The thing is, lots of people buy AR's for hogs and coyotes and such there. Lots of younger Hispanics do too, and not only that, but the uptick in illegals and bailouts and crime in general, lots of folks have been buying AR's for protection.
He said he passed the smell test. The place he bought it is way more of a hunting store than a gun store. The gun dept is just a small part of that business. Big part of Uvalde business income is the hunters that come there. It is the best store for many miles for that.

Never been anything but an upstanding citizen. He sure doesn't need the money from a couple of rifle sales. The liberals doxed him though, after this, and he had death treats from all over the world. Some credible enough that his ins. co. paid a private security team to keep them safe at a remote undisclosed location, since it wasn't only him the death threats were about, it was his kids and grandkids they threatened to kill. These are liberals threatening that chit. Not the locals.

ATF crawled up his ass for over 4 hours. Interviewed everyone involved, perused all transactions and paperwork. They said he did everything right and cleared him of any infraction whatsoever.
