I'm guessing WY re-elects her for much of the same reasons many
states elect Demonrats. Urban vs Rural.
The creators of the constitution fought over how power should be
divided, Big Populations (states) or simply BY States.
They compromised.
The House was the Big State side. Big pop. more Reps.
The Senate was the By State side. Every state gets 2. Equal representation.
Unfortunately the state's didn't do something similar on the county level.
Now, many states are controlled by a very small area.
And much of the population, with very different cultures and needs, is
in a "Taxation Without Representation" Situation.
