Unless things have changed, they have their own gun laws down there.
Much stricter, my carry permit isn't even valid there.
Just like Chicago is one of the safest cities due to their gun laws.

I really think that maybe the best course of action to stop all these killings... would be to pass a law that says murder is illegal.

I remember when they were attacking people eating at small shops in the Old City area. That was the beginning of the end of visiting the city for me. No way someone like Rizzo would be allowed to hold office. They want enablers, not someone who will clean things up.
