A lot of ways to do this.... some not so rapid...
a] In the sun on a bright day..... dark pan helps
b] oven at about 170 F..........an hour and let cool in the oven
c] On a electric griddle with the temp control calibrated to 175 F. Used a clock timer set for an hour....... the smallest time interval on the timer.
d] Fancy air fryer which has a 'dehydrate' function. 175 F for an hour.
Shaking the excess water out of the case before drying speeds things up some.... especially for cases with a narrow neck like 223.
be creative.

Rinse with boiling water, dump into a beach towel to remove most of the water, and the heated cartridges will be dry in about 5 minutes.

Rinse COLD water will greatly reduce "spotting" or soap stains ... 215-220 for like 1/2-1 hour (depends on just how much water is still in the pile of brass you know how well drained you got it) if you go just a hair above the boiling point that will dry much faster.

Roll on a towel, blow the inside out with a squirt of compressed air, throw them in a coffee can and heat the whole bunch with a hair dryer X 2. Check them after they cool for the second time.

I bought a used cheapo dehydrator for mine. Works great. 30-45 minutes. I roll them on a towel first to prevent bad water marks.

If you’re doing a few thousand at a time…. Jerry Miculek has a good video on “mass brass” (see what I did there 😁) cleaning, processing brass! 😉 memtb

I'd throw it back in the Lyman turbo dry media tumbler to make sure the interiors are dry

96 outside 109 here lol. Good for drying brass. That being said a cheap food dehydrator from the thrift store works great.
