All of my current Tikka rigs have 30mm scopes on them. Years back, I had several 1" tube, 40mm objective scopes in the Warne rings, and they ended up being pretty low, IIRC. If I wasn't going to dial on the scope, I'd have no trouble running the Warnes. They are very rugged.
I can pass along that you aren't likely to find a much lower set up than the Sportsmatch. There's not much space between the barrel and a 42mm objective housing with the TO84 30mm rings; I can't imagine that the 1" variants would be much different.
As BSA mentioned, the factory rings that used to come with them are another option. I used several sets without problems 12-15+ yo. Depending on your use profile, I do think the Warnes and Sportsmatch are better and more robustly built.
In either case, you save the height and extra componentry of bases.
Not that I have anything against using a pic rail, especially if the set up benefits from adding inclination. Further, rails allow mounting any scope in any position that suits you, whereas fixed position ring/mount leaves you with few options for positioning .

I probably shouldn't reply but ordered Sportsmatch for mine (TO48C). When I spoke to the sales person and told him I was considering a 42mm objective, he said that I should be fine but might not be with a larger objective. BTW, there is a 4-6 week wait through Airguns of Arizona.

I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

IMO there's no good reason to attach bases, rails, etc to the integral Tikka rail. Sportsmatch, Warne, and OptiLock have all worked to perfection.
It is irrelevant what you think. What matters is the TRUTH.

Thank you. Been holding off on a scope until I see the mounts. That opens a few more choices

They're in England, but shipping is surprisingly quick and prices are right. https://www.tawnadoairguns.com/sportsmatch_scope_mounts_30mm.php

I really like the sports match and can’t think of a reason to change.
I got my first set from Arizona but ordered three from the place across the pond. I was a little nervous because I haven’t ordered anything from another country before. Was as simple as anything else. It might have took a week or so.

I set up a T3X Compact in 308W for a pals daughter and used the factory rings. Upgraded the fasteners, lapped/bedded them and wicked in some green LocTite between them and the receiver. Zero hasn't changed, even after falling from a tree stand. Good shootin' -Al

Oddly enough, I had written off the rings it came with. They seemed cheap and didn't inspire confidence. If you guys have used them with success why not just try them? I'll rummage around in the safe tonight and see if I can find them. I may have had the solution right in front of me the whole time.
Again, thanks for all the input.

Well, the local Sportsman's Warehouse had the Warne vertical split rings in stock.
Got the eye relief I wanted and the scope is nice and low. Serendipity.
For the cheap seats, thanks again for all the input.
