i dunno T...
lard is making a big comeback... and about time, as i see it.....
our family dr. insists that we eat butter instead of the manufactured spreads...
he has warned heavily against crisco and any of the metal processed hydrogenated oils/fats... has actually encouraged us to, with limited intake, use pure rendered lard for things such as pie crusts and fried foods, if we insist on eating them.....
if he comes in with a pack of camels rolled in his sleeve, i am gonna wonder...
