Bought a complete reloading setup a couple years ago thinking I would use it. Wrong, and now I want to sell it all. Fishing bug came back and now we are retiring to fish more!

Is it legal to sell/ship primers as I have about 8,000 of them.
How about powder? Not much there, maybe 4 1b containers.
Bullets?
I have brass and have already sold some of that.
Yes I googled it and as usual too much crap to wade thru. What do people in the know here have to say?

Can’t ship powder or primers unless you have a hazmat certification so that’s a no go. Some people are shipping them anyway but I would not want to be the one to get fined for it.

If you bought the primers 2 years ago they are probably worth twice what they were then. If just sell all that and the heavy stuff locally, and list the bullets, brass, and smaller reloading items locally or shipped.

Best way is to find a local gun store willing to ship them for you. Some of them have a hazmat and can do it legally. Don’t e one of the dicks who just drops primers in the mail and hopes nothing happens. It’ll be spendy to ship that much, but some folks may be willing to pay it. Local sales are easier all around if possible.
