I remember the good old days of the early 1970s when you could wait for the local big box sporting goods store to have a sale on bricks. Just three or four dollars would buy you a brick. Of course, at that time, silver was only three or four dollars per oz, too. Says more, perhaps, about our currency than it does about .22 ammo.

Very nice smack.. my match target is amongst my favorite of .22 autos.

It cycles everything, has a great trigger and is quite comfortable and accurate

She never made it past the bedroom door, what was she aiming for...?

Might want to keep an eye on it with that Stinger ammo. I know my Ruger MK2 slide is moving much more briskly when I shot the Stingers in it. I'd be concerned if the springs can handle the slide velocity with the hyper-velocity ammo.
I have a 2nd series just like that one from the late 60's I think, and I'd bet it hasn't had four boxes of ammo threw it. I've never shot it and I hesitate to even take it out of the box for fear of getting a mark on it. Actually should probably sell it towards something I'm not worried about using.

Well done. I have the same gun with box & papers as well.

SMACK: That is a beautiful and valuable pistol!
Good for you.
If that pistol were mine (and I bought one exactly like it in MINT unfired condition last December!), I would pick that leather holster up and throw it out into the nearest lake, river, ocean or creek that is near to you!
Enjoy that beautiful pistol.
