Fried food, chicken, that type thing seems to require mashed potato's. Other potato dishes will do, but mashed seems to be the sweet spot.
I now like beer, period. But once upon a time I only had it with pizza or seafood, & one really was at it's best without the other. Then, so many other things, but not all for me.
