I have no desire nor intent to hump a kiddo in any jurisdiction.
The point of the discussion was:
1 If Idaho completey outaws all abortions,
2 Can Idaho prosecute an Idaho citizen who travels to Oregon and has an abortion?
3 The thought of US prosecution for foreign pedophile offenses was only mentioned as a comparison.
4 I will retire from my job in Oregon in eight months. If I never again leave the state of Idaho, I will not be disappointed. Do you think you can get preggers?

I think any local DA that did that, would have to be a moron of the highest order. Finally the 10th is getting some love, and then there’d be this new interstate case back at SCOTUS, just begging the feds to get back involved….
