How are you guys handling the hot heat that has been going on lately? I have been staying inside as much as I can. I have enough wrinkles as it is without being wrinkled by the sun.
Since I am not having to go to therapy now I have been doing better. It is funny how we can be taught to handle things in a better way for oneself and others too. I have turned around my way of thinking to the better and hope everyone wishes me well, but, if someone cant find it in their heart to do so I understand. Grudges can be a hard thing to lay down and overcome.

Hey, it's hot but we're seeming to get an earlier and better than usual Monsoon season here in Southern AZ, hope it continues.
Sometimes we need help through medicine or therapy to help our minds get and stay healthy. Hope you can continue to do what you need to, to stay mentally healthy.

Too hot here.
Being a Yankee I shouldn't have to endure nut sweat.
