My old P.D. hired an intel analyst. His job is to track and map "contacts" by our officers. By mapping that means his associates and business contacts. This should of been done years ago. Every department of any size needs an analyst. True the Vote is taking it to another level. Can you imagine the contact map with the mules who were dropping the phony ballots ?
