Thinking I might do a smoked gumbo.
Maybe grill some lamb steaks I have in the freezer. Or smoke a lamb rack.

I've been averaging a couple per weekend for the last 4 years since I got my pellet grill. If I get home early enough in the hot weather, I sometimes use it as an oven to throw on a frozen pizza or something too. Will probably do something each of the 3 days this weekend. Already bought 2lbs of filet mignon, the other two cooks are still in the air.

Cook ribs in oven 2 hours, finish in bbq pit with mesquite, yum, yum!
