A Navy guy from Cubi Point, I’d blast up to Angeles on my Kawasaki 500 triple for a few days of fun and games every so often with a couple of girls I knew up there, both named Alice…both beautiful…I was young and reckless and life was good.

One of my favorite bands. A close second is Bob Seger.

“Long as I can see the Light” was always a personal favorite and “Run through the Jungle” was mandatory play during mission prep prior to going outside the wire. But, then most anything by CCR was real popular in those days in Southeast Asia.

"Who'll Stop the Rain"

Liked the movie with Nick Nolte as well.

Sadly "Have you ever seen the rain" is a song about the demise of the band.

RUMs are like woman in Stiletto heals, you know they are going to put you in the poor house, but that has never stopped anyone from pursuing them.

Bob Seger had a couple that were alright, but he was nowhere near a close second to CCR.
