Okay, I'm reloading for a 7mm SAUM, I am using RCBS dies
The bullets are seated as per factory ammo and Lee manual
every time I chamber a round, it gives me more resistance then with a factory round and when I try to extract the non fired round, I have to hit the bolt open???
I am using once fired brass and I have also tried using new brass
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong??? Exomag

First step. Try an empty cartridge to see if it fits.
We can go from there.

If the empty sized brass does fit then It could be the OAL or better yet, you may have your seating die set to deep into the press. This will cause the seating die to to also crimp the neck. If the die is past the crimp stage it will buckle the case slightly and they will not chamber.
Check you die adjustment. With the press handle all the way down there should be about a nickles thickness between the shell holder and the seating die.

Check your loaded cartridge profile with the empty. Sometimes you can crush the casing near the shoulder when seating the bullets. If you've got a bullet puller, pull one that's tight and then try the case.
Also, you may be using a bullet with a different profile than your factory load and need to set the overall length back bit by bit until it fits.
If the cartridge fits before and after seating the bullet the only other variable is the bullet and OAL.

When you get that thing shooting, I'd be interested in knowing what you come up with as "the load" for it.
I'm currently playing with one now. So far, H4350 with Hornady 154's and R-22 with Speer 145's seem to be giving consistent MOA or less.

Well I just took her to the range this morning and I am getting cloverleafs at 100 yards and at 300 yards I am in the 2 and 1/2 inch range.
I am using 60gr of H4350 behind 140gr accubond. I think I found my hunting load for this year!

What kind of velocity are you getting with that load?

I don't have a Chrony so I have no idea, I am shooting out of a 24 inch barrel so I was hoping for the 3100 + velocity but you never know until you put it through a chrono

59gr gives me 3020 out of a 24" bbl with a 139gr Hornady so you might be getting close.

I'm also using 59 grains H4350 with 139 grain interbond, and getting 3150. Very accurate.
