News Max just reported that 112,000 people have lied on the federal form to purchase a firearm and DOJ has prosecuted just 12 of theses cases. Hunter Biden is one of those that was not prosecuted.
The democrats DO NOT want to stop shootings as they are too valueable to use as a tool to disarm America!

Courts say it is forced testimony and unconstitutional under the 5th amendment. So it only applies to those without bad intent.

That should tell you just how good the 4473 is and why they require you to fill it out. ATF came strutting in a friend's pawnshop and threatened to shut him down because he abbreviated the state on the form. Of course, he had quipped that the "post office didn't have any trouble reading abbreviations". [bleep] don't take joking well.
