Currently La Choy, but it isn't exclusive to it. That stuff is nasty. If you have to get it at the grocery store then buy Kikoman. Best off getting it at Asian grocery store though.

Define far less. The Kikkoman I have has 38% less than their regular offering. I believe it has less sodium than the lite Kroger fake soy sauce you mentioned in the past.
If you're on severe sodium restriction then there may be foods you simply can't have.

I was introduced to silver swan soy by some Filipinos to make bistek.
Man was it a intense soy flavor.
That, and datu puti. Delicious Silver Swan and Datu Puti for the win. Can't go back to Lachoy or Kikkoman after having these. Lots of flavor without being a liquid salt lick.
