I am thinking about installing an external bolt stop on a Remington 700 action. The Tikka bolt stop kit is easy to come by and in stock so that is what I am thinking of using.
Has anyone done this and if so do you have any drawings, sketches or pictures you are willing to share?

Thank

I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects

I have a shotgun so I have no need for a 30-06.....

I have not done the Tikka but have done Mauser, Ruger, and homemade stops. I like the Ruger stop because of the cushioning feature. GD
