I need a good range bag and a separate ammo box. Looking for lifetime quality.

I used to have a nice, smaller (maybe 20inch long) duffel-style bag with a large zippered pockets on the ends and front that worked well. I'd like something similar. This is for cleaning kits, tools, lubes, ears/eyes, small targets... all the misc. stuff.

I also need a sturdy ammo container about double the volume of a 50 cal ammo can. Maybe hard plastic? Must be top-open, and must have a top carrying handle.

Anyone using similar items? If so, let me know what you like or dont like to help me narrow my search. TIA

I use a Galati range bag. Have 2 for over 20 years. They make a smaller one also
https://www.galatiinternational.com/super-range-bag.html

Wound up with a few plastic ammo cans close to 20mm size. Top handle side opening =mtm sportsman dry box.
Looks like they don't make the exact model that I have.

I ended up using a Milwaukee Packout bottom box for hauling my ammo.

I had a Dillon range bag for years. I currently have one from Midway, about the only difference I can tell in them is color and price.

Twice the size of a 50 cal. can for ammo? Better get wheels on that bad boy.

Yep! A single 50 cal can full of 45acp is heavy enough for me! (but I'm lazy and weak!)

I have a couple of Midway range bags. Good bags and they’re sold in a few different sizes.

I put my bags, ammo, ear pro, targets and othrr in a big plastic tub and put in back of jeep.
Toss the range bag in back seat.

Have a bigger tote for my huntng clothes/ junk during deer season.

Bulk ammo is put in those small plastic ammo cans. Can put that in my range tub as well.

I have the 5.11 43L rangs ready bag and I love it. I looked at majority of bags and it fit my bill perfectly. My old range bag had no side pockets at all. This has pockets all the way around. Everything you need is ready to grab and go to the range. Get what fits your specific needs. We just use 50 cal. ammo boxes and 30 cal. also. Good shooting

This range bag is the biggest one I have. It's $60 from Midway and it's LARGE and well made.

I bought a couple of Ryobi tool bags from Home Depot. The bags were rather expensive but you get a free tool, charger and battery.

Yeah…. Those “husky” brand tool bags at Home Depot are actually pretty stout and dirt cheap…. I don’t use them for that purpose but tow chains in one… small tool kit in another…. Power tools in another…. They have multiple sizes and styles to choose from

Klein tool bags work very well. Some have inside pockets and shoulder straps and come in all sizes. They are Made In The USA.

I've had a bag I got for free from the NRA for about 5 years that I got when I re-upped. Works pretty good.
