Got two Supressors at the same time. A TBAC Ultra 7 Gen2 and an Energetic Armament LUX. End of july 2021. Both checks were cashed Aug 3rd. I’m now at 11 months and 3 weeks. Did both of them on the Silencer Shop Kiosk. I did do a family trust. Curious how long u guys have been waiting. I’m thinking any day now. Not sure if it’s considered an e-file form 4 or what. U look on SilencerShop page they are saying 145-155 days for E-file form 4 trust and 13 months for paper file! My first Supressors so I have no clue. Sure wish they would hurry up! Chomping at the bit!

I purchased a Sparrow and submitted forms on their kiosk as well last July. Single trust, still waiting.

I bought one in July of last year as well, also through SilencerShop. Snipershide keeps a running thread in the Armory about wait times and it is looking like paper forms from mid to late 2021 are anywhere from 13 to 15 months right now. E-Files are 120-160 days at the moment, in general. I figure my cans will show up just as hunting season draws to a close....

Took me 18 months to get mine, govt shutdown of 19 and COVID in 20 delayed mine. Just suck it up, you'll enjoy them once they arrive. 😉

I'm feeling pretty fortunate, after reading all of this. I bought four suppressors in 2021; one in June, July, Aug, and Nov. Three were purchased though Silencer Shop, and the fourth one was through Silencer Central. All four stamps were approved on the same day in April 2022.

I am also in ATF Purgatory. Eform back in May 22. I'm hoping to see it around Labor Day. As it isn't a firearm, it should be a OTC purchase, and at the most, a NCIC check. All of this procedure is just plain wrong.

The local shop said they are getting some approved as soon as 6 weeks but the local police chief has been waiting 16 months.

I have two cans awaiting...one from August '21 (Silencer Shop kiosk, no trust) and the other from two months ago (e form). Still waiting on both.
I bought three cans during the Trump administration and they took between three and six months to be approved.
The new proprietor sure did gum things up.

Wife and I each got one in March on E file. Hers came back in either 13 or 16 days I forget. Still waiting on the other one. No one at the store could believe it was so fast but it was for whatever reason.
