Ejh257w: I have a minty set of Ruger #1 gloss finish rings. I believe they are "medium height" - they measure .40" from the flat of the base to the bottom of the 1" circle.
Again they are mint but are missing the 8 ring screws so only $27.00 to your door.
Good luck in your quest and let me know if these are mediums or highs - can't find specs.

Here’s a little help.
#3 is Low .325/ 32mm Scope Objective Dia.
#4 is Medium .435/ 42mm Scope Objective Dia.
#5 is High .565/ 52mm Scope Objective Dia.
#6 is Extra High .680/ 62mm Scope Objective Dia
A call to Ruger will get a set of replacement screws fairly easy.
