I am begining to think Travis' man crush on me is intensifying and as predictied he is going to maximum effort to get my attention.  Like a scorned woman when she craves attention. Ya know John. I am not one who rides your ass like many here do. The noble thing to do here is admit that you were mistaken about the BORTAC dude and move on. This look of desperation is not very flattering. Everyone was mistaken that the guy in the picture was not the BORTAC guy that went in the room. The picture I posted was from open source news sites but I was texted that picture prior. A group text of 9 that included Mike Glover from the above posted video. I will admit the picture was not the guy but Scott Steiert did train the guy BORTAC guy who took down the shooter.

How often is BORTAC training given? Quarterly? twice a year? Monthly? How many hours a year? Did BORTAC agent ever receive any tactical training before your super tacticool friend trained them? Is your tactical friend certified to give training in mass shootings? You are aware that mass shooting response protocol ( like n schools and malls) is completely different than regular tactical training? But those individuals didn't post that publicly and claim any affiliation with the Border Patrol Agents that entered the room and killed the shooter, did they? YOU did that. Mike litterally stated multiple time he has trained with BORTAC in the video I posted and now you are using to try and give out tactical training. I think reading the entire timeline and the assessment actually helps people absorb the situation a little better. They do a really good job of explaining doors, responses, etc.
One thing I noted was their commenting on the fact that one responder hauled ass through the parking lot instead of stopping, and walking in. If you've ever been to a schitty situation this can't be emphasized enough. You lose so much information and you disable so much natural instinct when you drive up to the door or scene.
You're almost always better walking that last 50-100yds. Got any more tactical advice you want to share with the class.
