Redfield Wideview 3x9 gloss. Scope would be well suited to an older rifle or 'truck gun'. I used it to test an Interarms Mark X (in the photo link above). Functionally perfect, and tracks as it should. Held zero after adjustments. I have no idea how old the scope is. Bottom stamp doesn't have country of origin on it. The eyepiece glass does have a scratch on it (in the photos). I only noticed it today as I was taking the photos. Never saw it while it was on the rifle, and its not located as to interfere with the ocular focal area. Scope is more clear than the ocular photo indicates (couldn't hold the camera still enough OR in the right position). $70 shipped.
Nikon Buckmasters fixed 4x matte finish. This scope is near flawless and clear. No scratches on the glass. Only discernable flaws are on a turret cover. I suppose one might find some ring 'shadow', but yer gonna have to look really hard for it. Made in the Philippines. $100 shipped.
