Not sure if this been discussed but, My wife has brought home 2 seedless and 1 seeded watermelon this week. The seeded one was outstanding. What say you folks?

Seedless watermelons from the supermarket all seem quite tasteless to me, not sweet at all.

And they DO have seeds!

Agreed... plus I liked having to spit seeds when I was young. In fact, I've never eaten grapes that had seeds... so now I want to try some, if only to see if they are better than GMO grapes.

I’ve had some very good seedless melons the past couple of years. In the past not so much. They seem to be getting better.

I know this is an important topic. Couple other things the rind was half as thick on the seeded one
and it was way more sweet and juicy. Could be a fluke just asking to seek the truth about watermelon.

Showed this to the wife a while back. She just came home with an orange spot watermelon. We'll see... [Linked Image from 64.media.tumblr.com]

^ That’s how I pick mine. I always look for a deep yellow or orange spot; the larger the spot the better.

I think this should be asked to a different demographic
