Interested to see what others have for input regarding the 85 grain Controlled Chaos in a 22" Bolt action 6mm ARC. Rifle barrel is a 5 land 7.5 twist Pacnor. Open to hearing experiences of others with Lehigh Defense 85 grain Controlled Chaos bullet as I have no experience thus far with any version or any caliber of the Controlled Chaos bullet.
Current best guess would be to back off at least .03 off the lands & work up with Hornady 90 gr GMX Data.

Gordon’s reloading tool. Free.
Has 6mm ARC but is skimpy on Lehigh. All powders are there, just use an 85 from one of the other manufacturers.

Looked in to GRT per your suggestion. Only problem is I have been a Mac user. GRR. thanks for trying. Noticed author of GRT Has passed away, RIP! Expect may result in the end of a good thing sooner than later due to lack of support. Would prefer to be wrong bout that.

Excuse my ignorance, in terms of projectile speed what is KRPM?
ID expect 4350 to be way to slow same for 4831.
Hornady Data for the 80 gr GMX suggest that Hodgdon Benchmark may be near optimal in terms of velocity Thinking on the order of a 28 grain load ladder.
As for Ball powders Ramshot tac looks to offer the top velocity for the 80 GR GMX Thinking 31 grain load ladder here. If I understand correctly GRT does not allow for Ball propellants.
Must Admit I am curious about IMR 8208 XBR as well. Generally very close to H4895.
