National Weather Service message on my phone awhile ago in S St Louis.
Everything fubar. Crashes. Flooded roads. Crazy people. More crashes. More crazy people. I got turned back twice by flooded roads trying to bypass crashes and then found high ground to park. I'll wait this out.
I walked over to a Wal-Mart. Apparently this is not the integrated area! No cumbaya. None. LOL

It was a deluge with lightening blasting all around fairly close. I was scrambling to find a free flowing route through the increasingly chitty (stopped) traffic and lost my gamble with a bad choice. I ended up parking where I could get out of the traffic right before everything stopped moving any direction... Fire department set up a rescue base here in the same shopping center complete with boats! I can't tell what's what yet so I will take a break until early am or something. Am aok forsure. Just hiding out in the cab. LOL

Howdy. I have been offered dual residency by Missouri and South Dakota I do it so much!
My fairly regular runs are from Montucky, I90, I29, 70, 64 headed for SC or Georgia or I29 cut over by Springfield and West Plains to Mammoth Spr towards Memphis. Or 90 or 94 to Chitcago. Or 15 then 80 to parts east..... Out and back, 5-8 days, generally and 4. 9 or 10 sometimes.
