Unfortunately, I've found MANY recipes, and they differ a LOT. Any chance of directing me to the recipe (or approximate recipe) that Deb used? Your family eats so well that I think I'd be hard pressed to improve on what you do!  John

Tuna fish sandwiches. Pretty advanced recipe. Bear beans, salad, broccoli and Brussels sprouts.
Bear beans is two pounds of burger...browned and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Two cans of kidney beans, two cans of Campbell's alphabet soup and salt and pepper to taste while simmering for a while.
Can add beef broth if too dry before starting to simmer.
Serve with buttered bread....or plain bread is what I like.
