There was a video like this a few years ago. Different agent, same general theme, even to the extent of claiming he couldn't breath and had a medical condition. It was a much longer video.

Would like to hear the follow up on how this ended .
Kenneth In a fantasy world the ATF would learn to give local law enforcement a heads up about what they are doing. And the agent would be fired or suspended for not following lawful orders of police. 10/4 on the fantasy world , just curious as to the officers outcome and future of such foolishness . Kenneth

How'd it end up? ATF guy promoted and the cops fired? It’s been awhile, the video is a few years old, but I believe the agent was reassigned to a desk job and the video is used to train both agents and PD.
