With that much fat and so little protein, I'm surprised the animal can get up from a reclining position. Can't afford such, but I bet they grill up really well if they don't go up in flames. Buttery, tender to the point of mushy, you can literally cook a thin slice by rubbing it between your fingers. Seared VERY hot and fast on a flat top or cast iron and sliced thin is the way to go IMO. It is not made for the backyard charcoal grill and would be a huge waste of money. Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor. I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

Similar to trying to eat a nice hunk of pork belly. Would love to try Wagu some day just for the enjoyment. My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.
