Fudddddddgggeeeeeeee

Dropped this one in between the cracks of the deck and cannot get to it. It is a little longer than the rear bolt. Anyone know the measurements? I was going to try and get another one. May have to call Ruger Monday... Looked on the online schematics but they did not give much help... TIA

No. I cannot get under it because it is enclosed.

Magnet...?

Pull or cut out a board and get a flashlight, string, then a magnet like MOGC said.

Go RAR front bolt fishing.

If you can't retrieve it, take the rear bolt to a hardware store and match the threads and get a couple that are long enough. Be prepared to grind off a few threads. Ace usually has gun screws and bolts, at least the larger ones do.

I have mostly Savage centerfires and they are notorious for having the front screw too long. I grind a thread and a half off the bolt when I get the rifle.

1/4-28× 7/8" in my RAR 358 with rotary mag stock. Looks like a regular allen screw, 3/16" internal hex.
