That would’ve been about 4000 gallons of fuel (under Trump gas pricing). So, about 80,000 miles worth. What a deal!!!! Significantly increased material costs... Ford hiking the prices, already. I read that it is not currently eligible for the new rebates because it lacks enough domestic content. It currently uses Chinese batteries.

The Lightning will come with two battery options. The cheap battery (like all power tools) is a POS with chitty range. Good battery ain't gonna do anyone good hung up high center out in the middle of nowhere and it runs out. Oh just reach in the bed and get the gas can.
