My wife was a critical care nurse there fresh out of nursing school. She was off duty when he came in but had he survived he would have been in her unit. Knew some of the staff that was in the ER and worked on him. He dedt. But it took a while and some unnecessary treatment before it was official. I have seen copies of his ECG. Flat line. He dedt.
Supposedly he was in and out of the hospital on rehab and recovery so much he had his preferred wing of a floor. Also supposedly he was very generous to those he took a liking to. At the end much of the single use materials used on him walked. IV lines, resuscitation bag, 4x4’s, etc.
Colossians 3:17 (New King James Version) "And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."
My dad had me run off a stray dog, shot behind him with pops 12ga and he just meandered off looking at me like "wtf?". The dog was back the next morning. The news was going on about Elvis passing and Pop said "dam, I'm gonna take in that stray and name him Elvis" Turned out to be one of the best mutts he ever had. Elvis is gone. Left the building.
some people claim he died on this day 1977 . where were you when heard it?
he was very much alive in the fall of '64 when I had lunch with him at Graceland.

I remember the exact place I was standing and can still feel the atmosphere when I got the call that my parents and brother were in a horrific car accident. I was 15, my buddy was 16 and had just dropped me off. He hadn't left yet and had to drive me to the hospital.
I remember the look on my Dad's face when he was told his IPF was terminal by the doctor.
I remember the exact words out of my Mother's mouth when they told her she had brain cancer.
Entertainers, Celebrities, Sports Players have never registered a blip on my radar.............
I can however point to the exact place my work pickup was on the road when I turned on the radio and heard about the first tower being hit.
