Lookin' for a Ruger Blackhawk .357 Maximum, 10.5" barrel preferred.

Ideally with no flame cutting of the top strap. smile

I have a line on a few, but figured I'd check the 'Fire to see if anybody has one collecting dust.

Please PM me what you have and how much you'd like for it.

Thank you!

Ever one I’ve seen that’s actually been shot much at all has the “flame cutting” on the underside of the top strap.
You’ll need to find one that’s unfired to avoid that.
Ruger told me it won’t hurt the revolver.

Yeah, man, the flame cutting thing is kinda' funny. Some guys claim horror stories, others say it's not an issue.

John Taffin says stick to heavier bullets, as it was intended to be shot with, and you'll see no problems.

I bought mine a number of years ago. It looked near new but did have mild flame cutting. All I ever fire out of it is the 180 XTP over 4227. The cutting has not changed since I bought it.

Appreciate all the replies and PMs, Gentlemen. My search is over, actually, I bought 2. blush

Found a big 10 inch and then a local forum member graciously sold me a NIB 7.5". smile

Waiting on the 10.5" but have already had the 7.5" to the range. Me and this gun are gonna get along just fine. grin

I shot one of the 10” barreled versions for silhouette competition for a while. Sold it finally and kept the 7.5” barreled version for hunting. Both were very accurate.
Finally traded off the 7.5” model for a S&W Model 66 357 mag with the rare 3” barrel.
