OP Aicman Campfire Member Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 298	Why are Talley QD rings so much more expensive than other brands (exe. Leupolds, ...). Is it sturdiness, is it better alignment(less scope adjustment to zero)?

I personally use them on my Cooper 57M in .22 LR and Custom M70 in .375 H&H... That said I'm not a great fan of Talley rings or bases with their new ULA type lightweights being an exception. I personally prefer Leupold DDs for fixed mounts and Badger Ordnance for HD QDs... Dunno what to recommend as far as lightweight QDs as my experience is limited to Talley. Regards, Matt.
