My buddy has one that does this.. he has to Jack up right rear tire off the ground 3 inches high, then remove the plastics hood, while a buddy sings a country boy can survive, starts up Everytime.. good luck

you have to put seat belt on, my 700 wont go over 13mph unless seat belt is buckled.....

They come with instruction manuals....
