OP Nitemann Campfire Regular N Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 1,027	Anyone ever use a Boyds stock on their 336? Was it the same dimensions as the factory stock or bigger/bulkier? Over all how did you like it? Any pics would be great as well. Thanks

extremesolo Campfire Member E Joined: May 2008 Posts: 496 South Central, PA	Not on a 336 but I did just install a Boyds on my 1895 in 45/70. I did not like the thickness of the factory walnut forearm and the Boyds is much thinner. The gun feels much more handy to me now.
