Anyone ever use a Boyds stock on their 336? Was it the same dimensions as the factory stock or bigger/bulkier? Over all how did you like it? Any pics would be great as well.

Not on a 336 but I did just install a Boyds on my 1895 in 45/70. I did not like the thickness of the factory walnut forearm and the Boyds is much thinner. The gun feels much more handy to me now.

Did you go with the walnut or one of laminates?
