My 14” Contender barrel really likes H322. Factory Remington 200-grain ammo averaged just 1704 fps, while 40.0 grains of H322 over a magnum rifle primer (CCI250) gave 1969 fps. That load was listed as maximum in Sierra’s manual, so work up to it and do not accept any form of sticky extraction.
My 18” SSK barrel loves 44.0 grains of LVR under the Hornady RN, easy extraction and superb accuracy. In the long barrel it gives 2243 fps, not sure what that would be in the shorter barrel but if I had to guess probably around 2100 fps. Recoil will be stout.
