I need some advice on replacing the wood stock on a Win 70 classic 458 WM with the factory 22" barrel. I want to use the gun for BIG bear and a Africa buffalo hunt. Do I want or need the McMillan Safari with the drop belly or just a Supergrade with a blind magazine? 3 versus 4 rounds in the magazine.

I need to get my order in with Rick soon.

Depends, what's your preference? Seems to me if you get the Mcmillan stock with the dropbelly, wouldn't you need a new magazine box to go with it? I like 4 down myself and I'd prefer to get another wood stock, glassbed it and just get a deeper floorplate to get that +1.
