I'm running whatever windows has updated to on my 2 yr old lenovo laptop. Doing all my net stuff on firefox, like 3/4 of America.
For whatever reason their system chucked my entry, so I called their customer service at the number provided on the promo page.

I figure that if the offer is real, and I jump through the hoops they specify, that the result is on them. I talked briefly with 2 different customer service reps today. Told them what happened and offered to send proof of purchase. Was told that online application was the only avenue for the offer.

I wouldn't drive 50 miles for a free ice cream cone. And I won't spend time and effort in a bunch of different browsers.

THEY made the promotional offer. I responded exactly as specified. the response failed, and that is all on Sigs end.
Truth is, they need me more than I need them. I bought this pistol because I wanted it. I'da bought it promo or no.
I don't need their "free" stuff. But I'll dig them for not delivering what was promised, just like I would anyone else.

I’m just gonna leave this right here…. You didn’t respond exactly as specified and haven’t “jumped through their hoops”. You couldn’t get it to submit correctly and tried to jump around the hoops and do it over the phone. Dude on the phone suggested a browser he’s familiar with so he could walk you through how to navigate that impossible hoop jumping exercise.

I’m guessing they don’t care if you can’t get free stuff because you won’t figure out how to submit online, don’t care what browser you use, and especially don’t care if you have pop up or ad blockers installed/enabled that are preventing successful submission.
