Just read an article that says that all screws on the Mannlicher Schoenauer are "indexed" Just exactly does this mean.

Any assistance appreciated.

Screw slots are all aligned with the bore. The slots face the same direction.

Not sure I understand the OP. Is the implication directed toward the DST adjusting screw, or all the screws on a Mannlicher-Schoenauer? If the set trigger screw, it would make no sense at all.

I was just trying to understand what the term indexed meant. I believe that Sakoluvr answered my question. Appreciate both of your responses.

Have a good day gentlemen.
