This is a gigantic goat fugk and you can't even imagine how convoluted it is.
FEMA manages all levels of grants for the federal government and there are mechanisms in place that allow private donors to contribute to these grants. Almost all of the funding FEMA distributes (for this) comes from billionaires that want to help get the illegals to somewhere safe. Local communities just want them the fugk out of there as fast as possible. So even though it looks like some sort of political win when illegals are bussed to liberal cities, it is the exact intention the donors had when they gave the money for this.
The aliens you see on the news are being bussed to NGOs that have volunteered to house and care for the illegal aliens. But guess what... Those NGOs are doing that under contract with? (You guessed it) FEMA grants. Those same NGOs would not LOOK at an illegal alien if they did not have multi-million dollar contracts in place.
It is a huge racket and the end result is the United States getting schit on by third world schit holes. And there is no stopping it any time soon. There are large factions of the republican party that are outraged by the entire process but they can't get any momentum to stop it. The best they can hope for is liberal strongholds growing tired of Haitians schitting in their streets.
But one glance at places like Oregon, Washington, and California will tell you that hope, is a horrible plan. They have all the tolerance in the world for them.

We changed cleaning contractors because the contract called for U.S. citizens or legal/documented aliens only. The owner said that he couldn't find or afford to pay U.S. citizens or legal/documented aliens. The new cleaning contractor said that he can meet that requirement.
