So had to pull remaining stock;

Thick cut off a burgundy spoon roast I smoked to 125 internal and a piece of apple pie.

Ribeyes and broccoli salad.

Fried cabbage, pork chops, salad, and angel food cake with berries and cream.

Panko crusted halibut. 👊🏻

Burgers fresh off the grill.

A nice pasta fazool.

Moose steaks, scalloped potatoes, and sweet corn.

I made chili in the instapot with most stuff from the garden.
Made sourdough bread to wipe up the chili. Got a crazy good ear on the crust.
I just put a second bread pan on top of the bottom pan to hold in the steam for 30 minutes. Kinda easier than a dutch oven.
Now that it is cooler, I'll baked 2 loaves a bread a week or so. Mostly sourdough, but yeast based also. Sometimes rye, sometime herbs like rosemary/olives/garlic, to keep it interesting. Of course, rolls and dessert breads are an easy twist, and again keep it interesting.

Had some for lunch yesterday Jim, it was great & he cooked it perfectly !

He shot them on Sunday evening, marinated for 2 days & cooked them Wednesday.

Home raised roast beef, tomatoes, green beans, an' good gravy!

Italian sausage (from my home town's Parkside Market), bellpepper, red potatoes and red onions in the oven. Killer as usual. My thanks again to Ranger Green for hauling the sausage out this way.
