Bypass the dimmers temporarily and run the lights full brightness and see of the flickering and/or the noise goes away. If so, pitch the dimmers and go with on/off switches like real people use. Our dimmers don't give any trouble- - - -we don't have any! This^^^. Or check and make sure you have dimmable LED's.

I was going to say ground. And We installed LED bulbs in our buildings at work and they are on dimmer switches. If the.lights aren't turned up all the way they flicker occasionally. It is so fast it is almost not noticeable.

Yep. Sounds like they built on an old Indian cemetery. That's funny. There are millions of LEDs being used in homes that have no ground at all and they work fine. Make sure your dimmers are LED compatible and the bulbs are dimmable. Are they in an enclosed fixture?

They are complete fixture bulb housing. Supposed to be dimmable

I'm not an expert or an electrician but when the same thing happened in our house it was the breaker panel.
It was old and needed to be replaced, the busbar had gotten a little eroded and the current was arc-ing, Exact same thing happened to us, we struggled with the problem for a couple of years, finally got a new breaker box and breakers installed, problem gone .

Had an old tv up north at my cabin that would act up. I would smack the top of it and it would be fine for awile.
Try smacking My brother worked at a satellite tracking station out of Fairbanks. From day one of it's installation, the $5 million computer required a good smack on one of it's recorders to make it act right. The solution was arrived at via frustration route...

They are complete fixture bulb housing. Supposed to be dimmable If they are dimmable there is a label on the box they came in stating that fact. If not, they are not dimmable.

Yep. Sounds like they built on an old Indian cemetery. That's what it says in the National Electrical Code book.

Common here for aluminum wires to work loose, especially toward the end of winter because of thermal movement in the wires. Commonly leading to weird humming, flickering, arcing, and the occasional fire.
Insufficient grounds can lead to similar issues, adding in radio interference. But if it is arcing it is a real issue.
Dimmers and lights has been well answered and most likely.
Because it is a new house I would have someone check every wire landed in the panel, especially the aluminum ones. Also, the ground should be tested. If there is any resistance, water the area and retest.
A deep ground was suggested and is good advice.
Hard to imagine wiring a house without grounding...
Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.

How many fixtures do you have on each circuit, and is there anything else on the same circuit? Sounds like the driver on the dimmer is overloaded, or just isn't a quality unit.

Look up your bulbs you've got bulbs and dimmers that don't match and and sometimes when they do you're still getting a d*** buzz....and don't tap other lines on your arc fault breakers.
I work harder than a ugly stripper....
