Isn't it funny how the FBI confiscated about 11,000 documents but only about 100 were marked classified?
What are those other 10,900 documents and what business does the FBI have with them?

According to the documents I read, they say that the court will allow the DOJ to use the 100 documents marked "classified" in their investigation, but the Master will be allowed to continue. BTW...the 11th Circuit Court is made up of mostly conservative justices.
