Isn't Flave on record saying he ate one? Yes we have eaten quite a few of them actually. I know a guy from Panama and he always brings me a plate whenever he cooks them. I take them to his family skinned and cleaned and they cook them up. They love me for it. They season and sauce them heavily. End up tasting like pork and chicken if you could combine pig and chicken. A lot of people here won't kill them because they don't understand the laws surrounding them. There's also a lot of bleeding hearts in this area so you have to kill them discreetly.
